X-Men: Come the Apocalypse notes

        Hello, there!  I'm starting my first fan-fic story titled
"Come the Apocalypse."  I'm new to all this stuff so bear with me.
You could probably guess from the title what this story is about.  But
in a nutshell, this story occurs about a month after Operation:  Zero
Tolerance.  Apocalypse has been in the shadows for too long now, only
doing minor misdeeds that most wouldn't notice.  Now, his ultimate
plan is coming together.  He will be recruiting new Horsemen, and
eliminating his old ones (those which still live).  In the end, he'll
have the loyalty to the Horsemen, the Dark Riders, and the Hounds.
You can expect there will be a big drag-out fight to the finish with
the X-Men in the end.
        The characters featured in this story will include the
following:

Iceman, Dr. Cecilia Reyes,
Maggot, Storm,
Joseph, Rouge,
Cannonball, Beast,
and Wolverine
as the X-Men

Cyclops, Phoenix,
Archangel, Psylocke,
Bishop, Deathbird,
and Gambit
as the supporting characters

Cable, Caliban,
and Domino
as X-Force

Havok, Fatale,
McCoy, Ever,
and Aurora
as the Brotherhood

Apocalypse,
The Dark Riders,
and The Hounds
as the major villians

        This story is fairly appropriate for most.  There will be some
violence, and corse language, but nothing too extreme.  I'd rate it
PG-13 but you can have your own opinion on this.
        Finally, I'm writing this story on alt.comics.fan-fiction and
no where else.  Any other fan-fics I write will go here too.  Feel
free to archive this story on any site.  Just be sure to contact me by
e-mail (melplace@mindspring.com) and tell me where in case I want to
look it up in the future.  I'll probably be adding new installments to
this story once a week or maybe twice if I'm up to it.  The first
installment will go up on Labor Day.
        Any other questions you may have will probably be answered in
the story itself.
